Hello, I’m Sue—a mother of two, cancer survivor, and specialist wellness.

My own wellness journey began after surviving cancer in 2014, when I left a 25-year career to help others achieve lasting health.

Since 2015, I’ve trained clients in my private studio between York and Harrogate, combining personal training, nutrition, movement, and meditation to create holistic, tailored programs. Having navigated midlife hormonal changes myself, I bring empathy and real-life understanding to every session.

Weight training is central to my method because it builds strength, confidence, and resilience at any age or ability. I’m passionate about helping you shift your mindset, prioritise your wellbeing, and experience the ripple effect that comes from investing in yourself.

I also support women through menopause with online courses and in-person events that offer education, empowerment, and practical solutions. Alongside this, I bring wellness into the workplace, helping teams boost health, energy, and productivity.
