Supporting Women in Midlife and Beyond – and the Teams Around Them.

Navigating the workplace during midlife can be challenging, from hormonal changes and menopause symptoms to the pressures of work-life balance. Many women feel unseen and unsupported. That’s where I come in.

I offer Corporate Wellness Coaching that provides practical, personalised support for female employees, particularly those going through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, alongside awareness-building workshops for colleagues and managers. My approach is inclusive, evidence-based and deeply rooted in creating supportive workplace cultures.

Join my dynamic Small Group Training sessions held in the Studio. Before starting, I meet with you individually to understand your movement and assess your intrinsic biomechanics, so when you join a group we can keep intensity at the right level for you.

Each session in the weekly timetable, covers cardio, strength training, flexibility and core, catering to all fitness levels. Enjoy a supportive and motivating environment of friendly, like-minded people where we all get fit and have some fun too.
